PPD Compression

    A compressed file has the following format:

    The Names flag is ignored.   The  InEXE  flag must not be set.  InEXE
    files cannot be compressed.  Dir Size must be 0.

    Compressed Data is  simply  a  PPDatabase  file  with  its own header
    information.  Thus the flags  in  the  diagram  above are really just
    there to  preserve  integrity.   The  above  is  all ignored once the
    file has been extracted and read.
